MY STORY

Vector Marketing started as just a winter break job for me, but it quickly turned into so much more. Vector Marketing has allowed me to hone in on my communication skills, as well as create an even stronger goal-oriented mindset. To succeed at Vector, self-motivation is key.

I am now the owner and District Manager of the Essex County District Office with Vector Marketing, running the #5 Top Performing New Office in the nation.
As the owner and manager, I am responsible for overseeing all recruiting, training and development in the district office. In the Top 10 highest performing new offices in the nation at Vector Marketing, a company that does over a quarter-billion dollars in sales internationally on an annual basis.

Since starting at Vector Marketing in December 2017, I have been promoted in my commission level six times.
My position has also been promoted in the following ways:
December 2017 - March 2020 - Sales Representative
December 2018 - April 2019 Assistant Manager
April 2019 - April 2020 Sales Manager
April 2020 - Present - Essex, Hudson & Middlesex County Senior Executive District Manager

I became the top management candidate in Leadership Academy, which means I put myself in a position to be promoted to open up my own office. Since opening, my office has already created over $745,000 in sales in one year.

I thrive in helping others grow and reach their potentials, which is exactly what Vector has allowed me to do. I use the time management, organizational, and motivational skills and techniques to help the students that I tutor improve their academic lives. My long term goal in life is to become a Behavioral Health Director at my own established outpatient treatment center; the opportunity that Vector has given me to learn about the field of business and management is something that I will utilize in my career.

Most recent update: I am now a role-player in running leadership academy by personally public speaking on Zoom conferences of dozens-hundreds of students and managers.

My history with Leadership Academy: NJ Legacy Division's Leadership Academy is a competitive program that teaches management skills and aims to help students grow personally, professionally, and financially. Leadership Academy includes weekly phone conference calls, monthly conferences, personal development calls with experienced management professionals, and more. September 2018 - present. Because of the ways I distinguished myself as a leader, I was the first Sales Manager to ever be invited onto weekly Northeast Region Pillar Conference Calls, where I collaborated with top managers in the company.
